At MM Murah Murah, we’re committed to ensuring you have a great experience with us. While all sales are final, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. Below are the steps we take to address such situations:

Refunds

  • Item Not in Good Condition :If your items arrive in poor condition (e.g., damaged, defective), please contact us within 2 hours of receiving them. Send a clear picture or video illustrating the issue to support@murahmurah.com.
  • Received the Wrong Items :If you receive an incorrect order, notify us within 2 hours. Provide a clear picture of the incorrect items alongside your order number. The items must be unconsumed and in the condition they were received to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Cancellations

  • Advance Cancellations :Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours in advance for pre-orders.
  • No Cancellations :Orders scheduled for same-day delivery/pickup or those already processed (e.g., prepared or shipped) cannot be canceled.

Exceptions

  • Delivery Delays :No refunds will be issued for late deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • Out-of-Stock Items :If an item you ordered is out of stock and we are unable to fulfill it, we will notify you. You can opt to receive a full refund either as store credit or to your original payment method.

Resolving Your Concerns

After reviewing the circumstances of your complaint, we will determine the appropriate course of action, which could include a full or partial refund, store credit, or a replacement item, at our sole discretion.
